This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we may consider refund requests for purchases made in connection with the game. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
This policy applies to digital goods and services purchased within or related to Guild of Guardians, including but not limited to premium currency, hero summoning packs, skins, gear upgrades, crafting materials, energy refills, event passes, and other virtual entitlements. Physical merchandise or products acquired from unauthorized sources are not covered by this policy.
In Guild of Guardians, digital items are often delivered instantly and may influence gameplay progression the moment they are received. Therefore, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. Refunds may only be considered if the purchased content has not been opened, equipped, used, crafted, traded, or otherwise consumed in any form.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Items acquired through special events, seasonal promotions, or limited-time bundles are generally non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of verified technical or billing errors.
If a purchase is charged but not delivered, or if an incorrect amount has been charged, contact our support team with proof of payment. After verification, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit the equivalent value to your in-game account. In-game credits cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be used within Guild of Guardians.
Some platforms or payment providers have their own refund processes. In such cases, you may be required to follow their procedures first. Their decision may affect our ability to process your request directly.

Once a request is submitted, we will review transaction records, delivery logs, and account activity. Possible outcomes include:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider, and we cannot expedite third-party timelines.
We actively monitor refund activity for fraudulent or abusive patterns, including repeated refund attempts, misuse of platform tools, or chargebacks. Any bad-faith or fraudulent request may result in denial, revocation of items, restrictions on purchases, or account penalties.
If a refund is approved for delivered content, we may remove or deactivate the associated items, currency, or entitlements. If removal is not possible, equivalent adjustments may be applied to maintain fairness and balance in the game.
Partial refunds for bundles are generally not available if any component has been opened, used, crafted, equipped, or otherwise consumed. Any such interaction counts as usage.
Report any suspected unauthorized transactions immediately. We may require proof of account ownership and additional verification. Resolutions may include item removal and account restoration steps where possible; refunds are not guaranteed for unauthorized activity.
All refund eligibility decisions are final. We reserve the right to modify this policy to ensure fair play, maintain economic balance, and protect the integrity of the Guild of Guardians experience.
